I’ve been thinking about starting a blog series "What Does The Bible Say?". The “What Does the Bible Say Series” will cover topics we Christians and non-Christians have either wondered about or discussed and show what the Bible truly says about it or if the Bible even addresses it.

I am sitting here in shock and sadness.The destruction in Haiti and the pain which has afflicted the lives of those people, some our brothers and sisters is horrible.But what has sadden me more is the comments made by Rush and Pat Robinson.You can debate whether you believe what Pat said or not,but what has bothered me is one,I never here about the sins of people in the mid west when tragedies strike.I don't know why God allwows things to happen and I don't know if any of us really do;2,what if by this God is challenging us to be Christlike and love the people of Haiti and for those that don't know him ,witness. Our job will be made that much harder when provocative comments are made;and 3,instead of saying why things have happened,
this is time to get to loving.And to make aid a political matter,and for those that know me I could care less about politics,and ask your followers to not help should be view as wicked.It is utterly unCristlike.
